Welcome to University Help and Support Center
The Centre is a single window system for registering online queries, grievances, complaints and suggestions to facilitate students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and affiliated colleges. Presently such assistance through e-mail is available 24x7 with the facility of uploading files. The “University Help and Support Centre (UHSC)” is a major achievement as it is bound to make the University administration more effective and transparent and help establish a hassle-free climate for students, faculty members, employees, and so on and so forth.
The University Help and Support centre is a step toward service to the students, faculty, supporting staff, Alumni, and Affiliated college to address their queries and complaints and resolve them in a time-bound, effective and transparent manner. In most of the cases, the query/complaint will be resolved in a stipulated time (max one week) and if not then the student can contact through email to the concerned department for the progress of the request/application.
